Geodetic surveying completely digitized since September

DGSS, a solution that simplifies and accelerates the implementation of digital geodetic surveys for geodetic contractors was presented today at the State Geodetic Administration.

Digital Geodetic Survey System (DGSS) was inaugurated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction and Physical Planning Predrag Štromar.

The system contributes to the implementation of the measures envisaged by the National Reform Program 2018 related to strengthening competitiveness of the economy through the improvement of the land registry and cadaster systems.

DGSS was developed and implemented by IGEA Varaždin, a member of IN2 Group, for the State Geodetic Administration.

DGSS is an application solution that provides full support for the Digital Geodetic Survey (DGS) to the licensed surveyors, following the entire process of downloading the initial data in the digital GML format, the preparation and making of geodetic survey in digital format, to processing for electronic review and confirmation.

DGSS is an advanced solution linked with the Unified Land Registry and Cadaster Information System (UIS) and One Stop Shop (OSS) system

In line with the current technology and the principles of interoperability, openness and scalable architecture, DGSS is linked via online services to currently available external systems that provide relevant data, certifications and processes, and it simplifies and accelerates the overall DGS process for surveyors.

In addition to standard steps in surveying, the supporting processes can also be performed, such as quality control of the Digital Cadastral Map and conversion of GML interchange format to DXF format.
