Information systems support services offered by IN2 Group are monitoring of information system operation, elimination of downtime, user help, and upgrade of the existing system.
The purpose of this service is the preventative monitoring of certain parameters of the information system, planning and design of changes over the system in order to prevent downtime. IN2 experts check the parameters and their values reported by users. In any potentially dangerous situation, the user is immediately informed and is given preventive actions to prevent failure or serious distortion of the system performance.
Stagnation in the operation of the system means any system behaviour that is unexpected for the user. The user reports in system failure, which is handled in accordance with priority. The aim of this service is to urgently resolve malfunction so that the user can continue to work and to reduce the impact of the downtime on the business on a minimum.
